Happy Thursday, South East London!
📰 🎬 Help save the Cinema Museum
One of South London’s cultural landmarks is fighting to secure its future. The Cinema Museum, housed in the former workhouse in Kennington where Charlie Chaplin once stayed, holds an extraordinary collection of film history, kept alive by a devoted team of staff and volunteers.
Following a fundraiser last weekend, they are still racing to raise the funds to buy the historic home outright and secure it for good. Read the story here, and you can support the campaign here.
Stay safe. Stay warm. Have a great weekend.
